We offer a good blend between a journalistic approach to information combined with our clients' marketing strategies through their ads.

THE TEAM

Our team involves an extremely selected experienced group of graphic designers, journalists, marketing strategists, photographers and media planners. Most of them have been working together for the last five years, assuring plenty of team work as well as superb skills and experience.

THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Victor Hugo Fernández, The Executive Editor and magazine's Publisher is a Costarican professional in communication with over two decades of country's experience working among others for the country's largest newspaper: La Nación as well as with other leading periodicals in the Country such as Costa Rica Guide and Naturally Costa Rica. This accumulated experience and expertise he brings to our magazine assures vision, editorial concept, innovation and most of all innovation. He has been in the market for more than two decades and has also worked as stringer for several international publications interested in coverage about Costa Rica and Central America.

PRODUCER & DISTRIBUTOR

A good magazine is never completed without good editorial production as well as accurate distribution strategies. Our Producer and Distributor, Jimena Fernández, has been in the market for over eight years working for different periodicals and acquiring unparalled experience. Our magazine is currently being distributed nationwide among five star hotels, tourist & business centers, gourmet restaurants, both international airports, many local airports as well as in the State of Georgia, through very strategic partners in the field of Real Estate, assuring contact with potential foreign investors.

THE GRAPHIC ARTIST

Susana Calvo our artistic director is a graphic artist highly specialized in tailoring magazines and periodicals. Her skills and knowledge allow her to display great flexibility to portrait great graphic concepts, while at the same time her proposals are clean, neat and readable. She is currently being assisted by emerging graphic artist Alexander Vargas, who has proven to handle great graphic tools control as well as daring proposals, he is definitively an artist on the making.

PHOTOGRAPHY

One of the magazine's main concerns is the quality of the photography. We think that a good, well written and condensed text is more than enough when accompanied by explicit and well defined photography; this combination is what makes a good story. That is the reason why our magazine has hired Jim Rodríguez, an experienced Costa Rican photographer, with ample experience as photographer in the United States and Europe, especially Germany. Jim experience and flexibility allow us to work with great graphic features, assuring the best of quality to our readers and advertisers when it comes to the visual.

MARKETING

Our marketing strategies are performed by an experienced professional who leads our sales team. Mr. Carlos Nieto is a professional with more than a decade of experience in developing Real Estate magazines. So, his area of expertise is very specialized and deals both with Real Estate and periodicals. This is the reason why his marketing strategies are so clearly oriented and always tailored as to benefit our advertisers' investment.
